Newsletter–The Ripple
I launched my personal newsletter, The Ripple, in June 2016, as part of my work to remind everyone that humans, in fact, do care about each other. The Ripple contains stories about human kindness and compassion, and as well highlights some of the challenges that all of us face in our collective attempt to survive the Human Condition. Every issue also includes an “Inclusivity Tip” with ideas about how to make your organization (and personal life) more inclusive. Although the newsletter has evolved quite a bit, you can access the inaugural issue of the newsletter here.
The newsletter began in July 2016 with a mailing list of less than 300 people. As of August 2020, there were 9300+ Ripple recipients. Readers regularly report that they find The Ripple uplifting and inspiring. I believe that positive, lasting change can occur only through inspiring people. Ordering doesn’t stick and in the end, it’s counter-productive.
